Making the most of Allium

I'm getting some stores in for the autumn when the wild garlic has all but gone


Garlic seeds picked and ready for the jar


I also made some wild garlic pesto from the leaves



left to right.. wild garlic pesto with almonds, sunflower seeds and parmesan, next garlic bulbs in Chilli oil, then garlic seeds in olive oil and lastly wild garlic bulb in pickle..yum yum !
